In 1980, Bob was hired as an expert witness and testified in the trial for the Defendant and Cross Plaintiff Kelly in the case of Allstate Insurance Company v. Kelly, 680 S.W.2d 595 (Tex.App. ? Tyler 1984, writ ref'd n.r.e.). Following that case, Mr. Moore has been hired by many outstanding lawyers as an expert witness in attorney malpractice cases and in insurance "Bad Faith" cases.
